A bit about the role
Seeking approval for purchase ledger invoices and entering them on the company finance system.
Creating a weekly payment run for purchase ledger invoices.
Dealing with supplier queries as they arise.
Checking and collating expenses for sign off by managing director.
Processing expenses and a weekly payment run.
Processing of weekly labour supplier invoices and payments.
Further work may include regular analysis of overheads and cost items as indicated by the financial controller.
