We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Operative for New Build operations within the Midlands Region.
The role requires helping to prepare homes for handover, maintenance to occupied properties, maintenance to stock properties, show homes and marketing suites. Quality and Health & Safety standards are paramount.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to the construction industry and the ability to work to clear deadlines. A formal trade background is desirable.
We are looking for a confident individual who is pro-active, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with a professional manner and communication skills when dealing with the public, Clients and residents.
A full driving licence is essential for the role as the candidate will be required to drive to all developments within the Region.
