The person:
We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to manage a portfolio of local authority schemes, support ECI and target cost development. The Bid Manager will have previous experience of senior level work winning, and experience of managing significant bids and other submissions to win profitable work.

Responsibilities:
As the Senior Bid Manager you will:
- Plan and manage all aspects of bids providing subject matter expertise where required
- Ensure effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders, and personally manage larger tender opportunities
- Understand and interact with the overall Morgan Sindall business, to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals
- Establish winning strategies and writing plans for quality led bids and participates in red reviews of prequalification documents and tenders
About the Highways Team:
Our projects encompass motorway widening, congestion relief, safety improvement and bypass schemes. Recent work includes M62 Smart Motorways, Lincolnshire’s new A1073 bypass, the A1 Improvement scheme from Dishforth to Barton in North Yorkshire, and the M74 Completion Project through central Glasgow, Scotland’s largest infrastructure scheme. Under Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) schemes, we engage with our customers as early as possible to maximise innovation, efficiency and cost savings.
