We are currently looking for an experienced residential Assistant Site Manager who will be based in Carlisle, Cumbria, but could move across the North West & North Wales region. You must be competent to manage the site on your own dealing with all aspects of site management.

You should be able to demonstrate proven and competent experience of new build open market housebuilding, have knowledge of high quality internal finishings and working to current NHBC standards and building regulations. You will also possess great site presentation skills.

Possession of the appropriate CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are essential, and applicants must possess appropriate IT skills.
