A bit about the role
Ordering of stationery & printer toners
Arranging couriers
Provide support for CM’s and PM’s where required (back up to Site Info Managers)
Diary Management for the meeting rooms
Maintaining and distributing up to date phone and project lists
Manage office equipment and maintenance
Set up for New Starters
Manage incoming and outgoing post. Maintaining post room and franking machine
Manage Archiving
Logging absences and holiday ensuring signed off by line managers and MD
Ordering Business Cards
Liaise with IT in order to effect necessary internal office moves
Maintain team 4G allocation
Manage IT equipment log – laptops and phones
Provide holiday/sick cover to PA
Support with managing team events e.g. team meetings and Christmas party
Manage and maintain H&S training records
Booking IT Training Courses and liaising with the wider group regarding the Graduates
Assisting the Construction Director with any workshops that he wants to carry out
Arrange project reviews for site teams at completion of projects
