What are we looking for?

A highly skilled CRM manager to help drive innovation and embed Microsoft CRM in a high performing organisation. Working closely with the Head of CRM as well as our CRM users across 8 business divisions, you will ensure Fit Out’s CRM system is used effectively to support the generation of new business.  Alongside training and coaching of end users, you will help to drive and support user adoption and the continued development of the CRM system in line with business needs. This role also includes the management and of a CRM Administrator and working closely within the Business Improvement Team to integrate all business management systems.

A bit about the role

Assist with the management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Assist with system upgrades, customisations and dashboards

Assist with system testing such as customisations and reports

Carry out end user training, coaching and workshops in classroom style or 1-1 basis. 

Front line support for user queries

Manage end user processes for new starters and leavers

Encourage use of CRM as a strategic tool to record relationships and sales activity

Ensure the right data is being captured to support the firm’s business development and growth strategy

Have an understanding of GDPR and how those laws fit with the management of data and communicating to users where appropriate

Use CRM tools to deliver key reports to the business

Project Manage CRM innovations

Identify and develop system improvements and best practice

Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to create confidence within others

High attention to detail, organised, with a calm manner

Self-starter who takes initiative

Ability to self-manage and manage others

Develop business cases for future system changes

Proficient in the use of MS Office
