OVERBURY is looking for a CRM Data Administrator (12 Month Fix Term)

London – West End

A bit about the role

Provide front line support for CRM users with data queries and report requests

Provide data management training and workshops to end users

Have an understanding of GDPR and how those laws fit with the management of data and communicating to users where appropriate, including the management of consent

To support the Business Development and Marketing Teams with segmentation of data and marketing list creation for campaigns and events

Checking, updating and overall maintenance of company and contact data in CRM such as duplicates, industry sectors and out of business companies

Ensure our key groups of contacts are maintained and cleansed – clients and consultants

Generation of exception reports for sales teams to highlight missing or poor quality data

Assist with CRM team with system testing when data is involved
