Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25 and home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We are looking for an Assistant Planner to join the Operations team initially based at our offices in Elstree Herts, but prepared to work in Central London from 2019.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven and competent experience of house building with a full understanding of building methodology. We would be very interested in hearing from you if you have previous site management experience with a UK housebuilder. Ideally educated to degree or HND standard in building construction, you will have strong communication skills both written and verbal. You will be energetic, confident and self-motivated. Experience of working in a large team and to challenging deadlines will stand you in good stead for this role. Knowledge and experience of Asta Powerproject would be a distinct advantage.
