Partnership housing and regeneration specialist Lovell is looking for a Community Engagement Officer to work within our work winning team at our Altrincham regional office.

The successful candidate will provide full liaison with local community stakeholders and clients, support and improve public relations within the Community, manage community events and create relationships with stakeholders in the areas local to our operations, ensuring a positive image of Lovell at all times.
Candidates will have experience working with the community or customers. Candidates will ideally have experience in construction and regeneration; experience in affordable housing would be an added benefit.
A key function of the role will involve identifying and developing relationships with key stakeholders in various locations across North West England and North Wales. Candidates must be community focused, persuasive, well-organised and will be strong at developing relationships. An excellent communicator, customer-focused and passionate about achieving results. A full driving license and car ownership is essential.
