Description

Partnership housing and regeneration specialist Lovell is looking for a Partnerships Co-ordinator to work within our work winning team at our Altrincham regional office.

The successful candidate will assist in securing suitable projects to complement our work winning strategy in the North West of England and North Wales and will be responsible for planning and implementing a strategy for obtaining business in line with the Regional Business Plan.

Candidates must be educated to ‘A’ level A-C standard or equivalent and achievement of a marketing, planning or business degree would be preferable. Candidates will ideally have experience in construction, regeneration or marketing. Bid and/or professional report writing experience is preferred.

A key function of the role will involve assisting the work winning team in sourcing and securing new business through bid activity including preparing qualification questionnaires, tender and interview responses. Candidates must therefore have good organisation skills, be strong at developing relationships, fully conversant in using a range of IT programmes, able to meet strict deadlines and have excellent written skills.

A good communicator, customer-focused and passionate about achieving results, candidates will be self-disciplined, professional and persuasive. A full driving license and car ownership is essential.
