Role: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Salary: from £35,000

Based: London

Morgan Sindall Property Services provides integrated property maintenance services to both the public and private sector, with particular expertise in housing and public building maintenance.

We are the nation’s complete housing solutions specialist with over 30 years’ experience within the affordable housing sector. We provide planned and reactive maintenance to over 200,000 domestic properties nationwide and have a significant portfolio of large-scale framework refurbishment programmes. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

About the Role

This is an exciting role within our structure, reporting to our CSR Director in delivering social value commitments across a range of contracts. This is a highly rewarding role, you will be a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) champion in the business, responsible for organising and delivering community projects which support employment, apprenticeships, education and training. 

 

About You

You should have experience of learning and development, strong project management skills and a good knowledge of HR. Hands on experience of social value / corporate social responsibility activities is preferable.

In addition, you will have well developed administration, organization and interpersonal skills.
