Lovell in London are in a period of substantial growth with a number of large scale new build developments in progress in Greater London and the Home Counties and as a result we are delighted to be looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our sales team, with particular experience and knowledge of the housing market in Hertfordshire.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven experience and track record in the following areas:

  • Overseeing and being responsible for multiple mixed tenure new build sites
  • Direct sales experience working from a marketing suite complex
  • An in-depth knowledge of the new build mixed tenure housing market in the county of Hertfordshire with emphasis on the demographic, property prices and trends
  • A proven track record of setting and achieving yearly sales objectives and budgets whilst leading, encouraging and mentoring a sales team over multiple sites
  • An understanding and appreciation of housing construction with the ability to liaise with the site construction and technical teams, clients and stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to undertake research, compile sales and marketing reports, make presentations, present findings/research and recommendations to management and JV board.  Applicants will be asked to demonstrate their skills in these areas.
