Role: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Joiner)

Salary: £26,000-£28,000

We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
We are looking for a Joiner / Carpenter with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work to help us with our “first time fix” approach to repairs whilst delivering a first class customer experience.
About You
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times. The work will include repairs to void properties and aids/ adaptations.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
As a minimum you should have an excellent working H&S knowledge and in date training certs in: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling. An in date CSCS card, PASMA / TETRA would be desirable but not essential.
