About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our Northern Region predominantly working across our Cheshire and Grove contract. Working with the Grounds Maintenence Engineer, the role will require you to carry out day to day Grounds Maintenance in line with contract specifications to the gardens and communal areas within the schemes. In addition you will be expected to assist the team with day to day responsive repairs and planned maintenance works as a multi skilled engineer as and when required.
You should help us to maintain and exceed the high standards of landscaping and gardening throughout all seasons of the year ensuring excellent customer service to residents and our partners on the schemes.
About You
The ideal candidate should demonstrate attention to safety and detail as well as good time management. You will be reliable with a positive attitude to work, a willingness to work as part of a team. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all internal and external parties ensuring good working relationships and are developed and maintained.
The successful candidate will not be provided with transport therefore will be collected and dropped off by the Grounds Maintenance Engineer at Hazelmere, Winsford daily.
