About The Role
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Westminster, to join our team. The Administrator will handle incoming calls and support the other team members.
About You
Candidates ideally will have experience of working in Administration in the Social Housing sector; with experience with working in a call centre environment, you must have excellent customer service skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.
You must be computer literate and have excellent knowledge of MS packages.
You will have the ability to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrate honesty with colleagues and contribute to team projects in participating where possible to make your mark.
