Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 plus other benefits

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the newly created service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

We are actively growing our organisation and are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Joiner with additional skills to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in Annan and the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in making a real difference to the lives of our customers
The successful candidate for this role will work with fellow team members as part of an on - call rota.
Multi skilling training will be provide to enhance skill base
You will also be included in a team performance incentive scheme working to improve / meet contract Key Performance Indicators
About You
We are looking for a Joiner with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work to help us with our “first time fix” approach to repairs whilst delivering a first class customer experience.
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
