About us

We are a construction management company — we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m.

The role

Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer base.

Driving sales through understanding of the target customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Overbury brings to them.

Partner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties.

Develop new customer relationships; meeting at all levels, including senior levels, of target organizations; engaging early in the property decision process to discover customer needs.

Continuously identifies new opportunities and manage customer contacts; Focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and negotiations.

Profitable growth and focus on new customers and new opportunities with a focus on generating opportunities with investors, developers and property agents.
