We are currently recruiting for talented, motivated and ambitious apprentices in Site Management, and Quantity Surveying across our Norwich, Ipswich Cambridge and Essex locations, which make up the award winning Construction East team.
As an Apprentice Site Manager we will ensure you receive the support and training which will enable you to assist with ensuring that the construction of the project proceeds efficiently. This will eventually include supervising subcontract labour and to coordinate the activities of trade on site.
As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor we will ensure you receive the support and training which will enable you to assist with the commercial management of a project, take off quantities from construction drawings and ensure payment applications are submitted by cut-off date and all sub contract documents for approval by cut-off date. Eventually assisting in the various subcontract packages from enquiry through to final account.
You will be required to have at minimum, 2 A levels and 5 GCSES grade A-C , including maths, or an equivalent qualification. You will be supported through your apprenticeship by our career mentors and experts in your field, given the care and dedication to help you achieve your degree, whilst gaining valuable experience.
