Description

“Talented People are the Key to Our Success”

At Morgan Sindall we offer you a team you can trust and a place to make your mark. With a 3,500 strong workforce, a turnover of c. £1.4 billion and growing you might expect to be a small fish in a big pond; but our decentralised way of working makes being part of the Morgan Sindall team feel different to other big companies. We are fast moving and trust our people to make the best decisions for themselves, our customers and our company.

What you will get

We are set up as a place where you can do your best work and you will get the opportunity to be a part of the UK’s most interesting and complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will join our 27 month accredited learning programme so that you have everything you need to develop your career with us.

We offer a competitive starting salary, company car and 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). As well as this, you will get competitive benefits including discounted gym memberships, shopping vouchers and the opportunity to buy up to five days additional leave.

Where you will work

We deliver public and private sector projects and frameworks from £50,000 to more than £1 billion. We have been appointed on some of the UK’s most complex construction and engineering schemes, where we provide tunnelling, utilities, building and civil engineering expertise.

Who we want

We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in our company and have a passion for the sector. Our most successful graduates have a positive attitude, want to learn and work well with others. Academic record is important, but it’s not the only thing we look at. We pride ourselves on having an inclusive workplace and recently won the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development award for best Diversity and Inclusion.

What happens next?

We have opportunities to join our 2019 graduate programme starting with a welcome event on 18 and 19 September.

Once you have applied using our short and (hopefully) painless application form, someone will get back to you within ten working days.

Please hold 27 March – this is when we will be running an event where you can find out more about us and we can find out more about you.

After that, we will get back to you within 48 hours with some feedback about whether we’d like to offer you a place on the programme.

So if you are enthusiastic, hardworking and like to challenge the norm – please apply now.
