We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious senior supply chain manager to join MS Nuclear | Energy | Water based in Rugby.

As a senior supply chain manager you will be involved in maximising value to Morgan Sindall through the structured management and development of the supply chain. You will support the implementation of the Morgan Sindall Supply Chain Strategy, and will assist development of the MS Nuclear | Energy | Water Supply Chain Plan.

You will provide high quality support and advice to Contracts on supply chain engagement, from tendering through to selection and award, provide support developing appropriate Contract Strategies to meet MS Group Responsible Procurement and Sustainability requirements and will provide supply chain management, including performance monitoring, reporting supply chain activities, promoting social impact activity across the supply chain and supporting the work winning function in Rugby.

You also will be involved in monitoring processes and procedures across the business identifying areas for improvement, including managing the document process and review of documents submitted for approval. You will be based in Rugby but will also be flexible in terms of travel to attend meetings on Contracts and other locations throughout UK as required within any period.    

You will have a membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent qualification and you will have an understanding of subcontract and supplier terms and conditions. You will have experience in procurement, supply chain or a commercial role and you will have relevant experience and knowledge of both subcontract and materials procurement practices and processes.
