The Sales Department currently require a full time, permanent Sales Manager to join the North West & North Wales Region.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be required to manage and motivate the Sales Team to represent the Company in a professional manner. You will have responsibility for overseeing the mobilisation, presentation and performance of our Sales Developments throughout the North West & North Wales Region along with ensuring the Health and Safety of the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in open market sales and be required to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, achievement of regional sales targets and effectively manage and motivate the site based Sales team ensuring that all our purchasers experience “Best in Class” service.

You will have knowledge of the sales and conveyancing process, leadership and motivational skills. Knowledge in the use of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.  A full clean driving licence is a requirement of the role.
