We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious procurement manager to join MS Nuclear | Energy | Water based in Southern England [TBC]

MS N| E | W currently has a number of Contracts which we are working on in the South of England. These include construction and cabling operations within substations and cross country EHV cabling works. We are also actively tendering for other opportunities with our key Employers.  

As a procurement manager, you will be supporting the Pre-Contract team in putting tenders together and the Contract teams in implementation of procurement for subcontract, materials and plant to deliver diverse contract works to programme and to the commercial advantage of the company and will be able support and report on all supply chain activity in line with Business wide and specific contract supply chain strategies.

Already experienced as a procurement manager, you will have extensive experience of supporting various Contract teams and have trade experience including both underground and overhead cabling works, civils and foundations, structures [FRC/Steel], M&E, cladding and fit-out.  Your ability to demonstrate strong process and procedural capability will work in your favour and an you will have ability to work with multi-disciplined Contract Teams in undertaking procurement activity to meet their delivery requirements.

 You will have a membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent qualification and you will have an understanding of subcontract and supplier terms and conditions. You will have experience in procurement, supply chain or a commercial role and you will have relevant experience and knowledge of both subcontract and materials procurement practices and processes.
