A bit about what you’d be doing

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the client journey and hospitality proposition visitors receive in Overbury's head office, to a standard guests would expect of a leading hospitality or concierge offer to offer a positive & exceptional experience.

Create a client journey and hospitality proposition to be agreed with the senior team.

You will own the front-of-house discussion with client facing teams, understanding their needs and feedback, lead all aspects of delivery of the agreed client journey.

Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests and clients of Overbury.

Ensure the highest standards of conduct and personal appearance are always maintained.

Ensure that teams are pro-active in delivering the best possible service to guests, understanding the different types of clients and how they can be best looked after.

Lead the receptionist, including their recruitment, training and performance management.

Contribute more broadly as a member of the Premises and Facilities team for Overbury.

Be front and centre with guests, leading from the front.

Operating with minimal input from management, exercises excellent judgment and decision making which is guest driven.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Confident in when to make a decision and when to seek further council on a decision and stick to appropriate deadlines.

A self-starter with the ability to demonstrate innovation and drive.
