About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our contract based in Swavesey. Reporting to the Team Leader, you should have experience in floor laying but also be able to undertake multi skilled duties regarding the full range of repairs, maintenance and associated activities from conception through to completion

You will deliver work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.

All team members are expected to contribute to the delivery of excellent operational performance. This will require building relationships with both directly employed and subcontracted resources, ensuring with the goal to deliver cost effective, high quality customer focussed outputs. 

About You

You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in the social housing sector. A passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.  You will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails throughout the contract.

Extensive floor fitting experience required - to include resilient flooring (altro & polyfloor) Cap and Cove, Welded seams, fully bonded and loose laid vinyls, carpets and preparation of subfloors (concrete and wood).

Additional experience within other building trades would be a an advantage.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards set by the company in accordance with other regulatory bodies will be of paramount importance to you.

Full UK or automatic driving licence held for minimum 12 months
