As a result of continued growth and expansion of the Lovell South Wales and South West of England Region we are currently seeking to appoint a proactive and highly motivated Project Manager to join our New Build Operational Team.

The successful applicant will report to a Build Manager and will be responsible for all areas of site production and ensuring the build programme is monitored and achieved, as well as material delivery and cost control and site presentation.

Quality and health & safety standards are paramount and responsibilities include adherence to business management systems, NHBC standards and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

The role requires development of positive relationships with both internal and external customers and Clients, with strong focus on Service Delivery and Client satisfaction against project KPI’s.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing residential projects of over 100+ homes, budgets and ability to work to clear deadlines. A sound knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC standards and Health & Safety legislation is essential as is experience of building homes for outright sale and Mixed Tenure schemes to the highest standards is essential.

We are looking for assertive and confident individuals who are proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills.
