Lovell in London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25 and home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale affordable housing and mixed tenure and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth with a number or medium and large scale regeneration projects under way.
We are recruiting for an experienced HR & Training Administrator for maternity cover for a minimum of one year to join the HR & Training team. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a busy HR department within the construction industry and all that this entails, together with having had some exposure to construction training. If you have been an HR administrator in the past you will know the many responsibilities required to ensure the department runs smoothly. You will also know that confidentiality and discretion are vital attributes. No two days will be the same!
It would be desirable if you possess an HR qualification or are working towards one, either standalone or as part of a business administration degree for example.
You will need to be adaptable, flexible, reliable and with an easy going nature. If you are pro-active, self-motivated with plenty of initiative then this role would appeal to you. Your keyboard skills should be accurate and your attention to detail of the highest calibre.

This is a maternity cover for a period of at least one year commencing in November 2019, however permanent job opportunities may present themselves during the contract.
