Salary: £27,000 per annum

About The Role

We are actively growing our organisation and are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Painter and Decorator with a wide range of skills to deliver a first class service across a variety of our properties.

The position includes a company van, fuel card, uniform and PDA all training is provided to help you do the job to the best of your ability.

About You

You will be a skilled with a background in Painting and Decorating. You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to a high standard to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in both occupied and void properties with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit.

About You

You will be a fully skilled tradesperson with a background in carpentry able to carry out repairs to the highest standards, you must have your own tools that are all battery or 110v only (no 240v)

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

As a minimum you should have an excellent working H&S knowledge and in date training certs in: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling.

Naturally the candidate must hold relevant trade City and Guilds qualifications.

Working hours 08:00 - 17:00 with 30 minutes for lunch (42.5 hour week) however will be required to work 17:00 - 19:00 and Saturday mornings on a rota. Call out required for 1 in 4 rota.

Full UK driving licence held for minimum 12 months
