Description

We are looking for a hardworking and committed Sales Executive to work from our Sales Office at Tennyson Fields, Louth.

 The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas: 

  • Deal effectively with sales enquiries to maximise the conversion rate for enquiry to reservation
  • Achieve contract and legal completion targets
  • Maintain the CRM and Prospect workbench
  • Form and develop relationships with other Project team members to ensure achievements
  • Use effective selling skills by using the four stages of selling
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports and returns as required by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Keep control of the sale through the use of recommended solicitors and independent financial advisors
  • Achieve sales through the use of support agents by developing their knowledge and skills in new home sales
  • Adhering to Service First Principles and LIMS
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
  • Maintain sales areas to the highest standard in line with the Sales Policies and Procedures manual 

The successful applicant will ideally have proven sale experience and a good knowledge of the housing market.  You must be able to work under your own initiative and have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.  Understanding of the house purchase process is essential.
