We are a construction management company — we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m.

The role details

Control document flow, ensuring that all revision controlled documents are administered.

Set-up and maintain project start up filing system in line with company procedure.

Manage Operation and Maintenance manual production from sub-contractors and manage approval.

Assist with collating handover files.

Assist with Quality Audits process.

Collate Health and Safety/Environmental File – Administration.

Archiving office administration.

Preparing weekly Resource Allocation sheets.

Organising security passes for new inductees on a daily basis.

Assist in collating data for Zero Harm initiative.

Organising Project Team Events – Client Meet and Greet & Handover Celebrations.

Providing reception cover and holiday / sickness cover to information manager’s team as and when required.

 

About you
