The role details

Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to site residents and guests, act as the main point of contact for all enquiries.

Ensure guests are greeted & welcomed warmly and their needs are anticipated.

Provision of reception services answering and directing both internal and external calls or as directed by the Front of House manager.

Ensure the reception desk is kept presentable and tidy at all times.

Ensure that all absences from the reception desk are managed so that the desk is never left unattended during operational hours, lead in the training of all temps providing reception cover.

Administer the bookings for meeting rooms and be proactive in looking for meeting space solutions during busier times.

Take the lead for the visual standards of the reception area and areas that impact on the Customer Experience.

To act as a Fire Warden and First Aider for Ground floor (training provided)

Provide cover to the FOH Manager when required.

Hours – 8.30-5.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.00-5.00 on Friday, these hours might require some flexibility.
