Overbury are a fit out and refurbishment company, we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. Overbury operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £100m.

A bit about the role
Understand the factors affecting the bid process, environmental, BREEAM/Ska pre-assessments and H&S.
Work with the contract team on Sub Contractor selection. Utilise and develop existing relationships, risk review sub-contractor selection against the job complexity and sub-contractor capacity.
Complete take offs and issue bill of quantities to the sub-contractors.
Input all pricing information into the estimating book - generate prelim costs, package costs and lump sum amount for the job.
Input final tender price into tender document and send back to client.
Support interview preparation for team (attend interview if required). Ensure all pre-construction information is passed to the interview team.
