As a Marketing Executive Apprentice you will help shape and execute the regional marketing plans that link directly to the regional business plans and work winning, along with spending 20% of your time studying for your apprenticeship. This role will be delivered and supported by the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager. It is a highly audience focused role which requires creativity, communication and project management skills with typical responsibilities including:

 

  • Interviewing operations teams, capturing their project case studies and developing our knowledge management system
  • Curation of internal/external content for email communication campaigns
  • Using the Adobe Create Suite to design and create graphic design collateral
  • Supporting the development of content for our App and web based platforms
  • Working with our PR Agency to promote project and thought leadership releases

 

As Marketing Executive Apprentice you will receive the support and training will assist you with both your apprenticeship and the marketing role.

 

The successful applicant will be supporting our Construction Central and Construction East business and must be willing to do some travel to our projects in order to capture news stories. Our preferred candidate will preferably hold the following qualifications:

 

  • 2 A-levels or equivalent
  • English, Maths and ICT GCSE’s (Grades A-C) or equivalent
  • A creative flair and preferably familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Digitally and social media proficient with an ability to suggest new ideas and developments
  • Full driving licence
