About Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor with specific responsibility for a R&M social housing contract in London. The role will require the successful candidate to provide first line leadership to the operational delivery team.

Your contribution will sustain our reputation for innovative and excellent customer service, giving us a unique selling point in our sector.

Specifically you will:

    • Add value to all that you do whilst delivering exceptional customer service
    • Actively support and contribute to your team in a positive manner
    • Support the monitoring and management of site progress and quality

About You

  • Candidates must have proven experience in the R&M experience, ideally within the social housing sector; you will have an awareness of all aspects of contract operations including KPI’s & financial reports. Candidates will also have a strong track record of maintaining and building strong customer relationships.
  • The successful person will have excellent time management, good IT skills with a range of IT packages, will be proactive and flexible with good planning, organisational and influencing skills. You will be aware of the importance of maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails throughout the project, delivering effective interaction to all clients

Full or Automatic UK driving licence held for minimum 12 months
