About Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a SEnior Team Leader for Compliance team. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role will require the successful candidate to provide first line leadership to the operational delivery team.

The role includes internal refurbishments to low-rise multi-occupancy buildings of listed status and therefore the successful candidate will be expected to show particular attention to the detail of the specifications.

You will contribute to the delivery of excellent operational performance, and the role will require you to be the first line day to day project/ workstream implementation lead in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

Specifically you will:

    • Deliver a consistent, right first time service
    • Add value to all that you do whilst delivering exceptional customer service
    • Actively support and contribute to your team in a positive manner
    • Support the monitoring and management of site progress and quality

About You

  • Strong quality and health and safety background
  • Experience of Repairs and Maintenance for a  large busy contract
  • IOSH or NEBOSH preferable
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate record keeping / document management
  • Experience in auditing and/or onsite inspections preferable
  • Line Management responsibility for up to 8 Supervisor
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Technical background preferred
  • Preferred knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
  • Strong knowledge of IT system and providing accurate, clear reports Candidates must have proven experience in the planned works industry, ideally within the social housing sector; you will have an awareness of all aspects of contract operations including KPI’s & financial reports. Candidates will also have a strong track record of maintaining and building strong customer relationships.
  • The successful person will have excellent time management, good IT skills with a range of IT packages, will be proactive and flexible with good planning, organisational and influencing skills. You will be aware of the importance of maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails throughout the project, delivering effective interaction to all clients

Full or Automatic UK driving licence held for minimum 12 months
