Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction and Infrastructure business for an ambitious and talented Business Development Analyst to support our regional and national business development teams.

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.

We are looking for an ambitious forward thinking business analyst who has knowledge in understanding and managing large volume data as well as the passion to support our future growth through intelligent information. The successful applicant will have strong I.T. skills and a working knowledge of Business Development would be advantageous. The role will report to the Integrated Strategic Business Director.

Experience of data base management as well a knowledge of CRM Dynamics would be advantageous. Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work flexibly are essential to this role.

We would consider this as a secondment for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst you will:

  • Oversee / manage the CRM Dynamics system for the business
  • Administer new starters and leavers to the CRM Dynamics system as well as maintaining licence requirements and records.
  • Manage data anomalies and trouble shoot system issues.
  • Maintain, monitor and manage approval workflows
  • Provide data and reports to Senior Management on an adhoc basis.
  • Produce monthly reports for Group and ISB as well as providing trend analysis and risk analysis.
  • Develop intelligent reporting through the use of Power BI.
  • Ensure that GDPR requirements are met.
  • Annual audit of CRM Dynamics data.
  • Support the business in developing tailored dashboard views.
  • Providing user training to New Starters for both Opportunity management and to Approvers for Opportunity Approval.
  • Assisting Business IT and Group with projects aligned with C&I’s CRM.
  • Analyse Requests for change and work these through with Business/Group IT.
