Description

Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25 and home counties.  The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.

We are looking to recruit a full time experienced Sales Executive for our flagship new build regeneration development in Woolwich, South East London.

The role encompasses achieving results via customer satisfaction and the customer journey, selling new homes within an agreed budget and timescale in compliance with Sales Policies and Procedures.  You will be responsible for offering our customers a smooth and memorable customer journey from first visit through to completion and moving in day, whilst meeting set targets.  You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a people person with excellent communication skills.

You should already have experience in housing sales, ideally new build, and be capable of working on your own initiative and as part of an established team ensuring the delivery of an excellent level of customer service.  Your presentation and keyboard skills should be exemplary.

We offer an attractive salary and benefits package, commission structure and corporate uniform.  The role is fulltime, working five days out of seven, which will include weekends and public holidays (for which time off in lieu will be granted).
