About the role

Are you passionate about the quality, health, safety and the wellbeing of people? So are we!  We’ve created a brand new role to further drive up our quality standards and ensure that the safety and well-being of people remains at the forefront of our business. Reporting directly into the Business Improvement & IMS Director, the Head of IMS will take responsibility for our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance functions as well as the businesses Integrated Management System (IMS). This role will form part of our senior management team ensuring you are strategically placed to help influence and drive change and innovation across the business. It will also involve the management of a great team of Regional HSE Managers who work hard every day to uphold our safety standards, legislation and internal policies, and inspire and motivate others to do the same.
