Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) is a modern maintenance organisation delivering repair services to 10,500 homes across Dumfries and Galloway Region. We are proud of our high levels of performance and customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a service that is value for money for our customers. We are actively growing our organisation and are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Joiner with additional skills to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in Annan and the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in making a real difference to the lives of our customers
The successful candidate for this role will work with fellow team members as part of an on - call rota.
Multi skilling training will be provide to enhance skill base
You will also be included in a team performance incentive scheme working to improve / meet contract Key Performance Indicators
About You
We are looking for a Joiner with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work.
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
