Location – London West End

We are a construction management company — we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m.

The role details

Lead and own Overbury’s and Morgan Lovell’s Early Careers programmes, by being instrumental in the design and delivery of our portfolio of programmes.

Front and organise assessment days and presentations to ensure we are attracting diverse, creative, high performing talent into Overbury and Morgan Lovell.

Work with Operational, Commercial and Design leads to review current and future needs. This will require you building a deep understanding of our business and our current offering throughout the Early Careers offering, make recommendations and gain sign off for new initiatives.

Identification of the most suitable formal qualifications / training with levy approved universities and further education establishments.

Ensure current and future programmes enable our Early Career cohorts to learn develop and gain the required exposure within the business to be as successful as possible.

Own and lead on-boarding phase for each programme, gaining support and engagement from business representative.

Constantly challenge the status quo on early career development by creating development strategies for each Early Career programme.

Maintain and evolve the current Apprenticeship Levy professional qualification offering.
