The role details

Supporting day to day administrational duties within the Health and Safety team.

Responsible for the accurate filing and document control of health and safety documentation.

Work with internal/external partners to arrange and facilitate H&S training.

Using a range of office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Plus, Snag Plus and CRM.

Strong, proven background within a similar administrative support position.

Owning the Health and Safety the training records and requirements.

Assist the operational teams with information relating to induction and issuing of identification cards with site safety packs and record keeping of actions taken.

Assisting with administrational support for Internal and External audits, issuing reports as needed.

Maintaining a professional client facing approach offering excellent customer experience at all times.

Knowledge and experience within a health and safety environment would be desirable, but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
