We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Customer Care Operative for our New Build operations within the North West & North Wales Region.

The role involves working in occupied new homes and requires a trade background due to carrying out a range of tasks including joinery, plastering, decorating and general maintenance, carrying out remedial works as deployed by the Customer Care Team, completing repairs on time and in the first visit and most importantly, presenting a professional image to our customers. Quality and Health & Safety standards are paramount.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work to clear deadlines and must have a formal trade / multi-skilled background.

We are looking for a confident individual who is proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with a polite and professional manner and great communication skills.

You will be provided with a company van to assist in your duties on every site in the North West & North Wales region, therefore a full driving licence is essential.
