There is an opportunity to join the Business IT team as an IT Change Manager, to help deliver some exciting and transformational IT solutions across the Lovell Division. The initial focus of the role will be to help drive adoption of systems within the business; maturing our change approach and support implementation and go live of solutions and services. As part of the role, there will be an opportunity to learn and development new skills and knowledge in a fast moving subject area.
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Degree level qualification with keen interest of IT and Change
- A minimum 3 years working experience withi5 Change Management
- Awareness of IT methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and ITIL
- Confident communicator both in presenting and in document creation
- A thorough and organised approach to work, whilst also remaining calm under pressure
Willingness to learn and develop but also have a ‘can do’ attitude
