Responsibilities:
As a commissioning manager you will:
- To manage all facets of testing and commissioning of large process plants in a highly regulated, nuclear environment.
- Participate in the Project development and implementation through the full project lifecycle with a focus on the testing, commissioning and handover aspect to ensure each project has a viable effective and efficient plan.
- Develop and maintain the commissioning process for the Programme and Projects with responsibility for its effectiveness and ensuring it achieves optimisation.
- Ensure that Nuclear, Health and Safety risks have been minimised throughout the testing and commissioning period and during handover on all works, providing the Commissioning team with clear guidance regarding how to achieve this.
Already experienced as a commissioning manager you will be degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline and be a chartered electrical or mechanical engineer. You will have extensive experience of commissioning large and complex process installations in a highly regulated environment. Preferable to have experience in the Nuclear Environment. Experience of managing multi-disciplined teams and interrelationships between Works Package contractors
