As a Degree Apprentice within our business you will:
Work with the preconstruction and commercial team to assist with the bidding and estimating of construction tenders.
- Assisting in the pricing of tenders including sending out package enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
- Assisting with the measurement and preparing bills of quantities from construction drawings
- Assisting the wider bid team including bid managers, designers and planners to produce winning tenders within the deadline
Training:
Our training scheme offers on the job training with mentoring arrangements plus day-release college or university attendance to pursue an appropriate qualification. There will also be an opportunity to study for professional chartered status.
Qualifications required:
Suitable applicants will possess the minimum qualifications to enable them to obtain a place on an agreed day release course at a local college or university.
