Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious supply chain manager to join our growing infrastructure strategic alliance project based in Whitehaven, Cumbria.
As supply chain manager – nuclear you will:
- Be responsible for maximising value to Morgan Sindall through the structured management and development of the subcontract supply chain.
- Lead the implementation of the Morgan Sindall Supply Chain Strategy, and the development of the Business Unit Supply Chain Plan.
- Provide high quality support on supply chain engagement, selection, and development and performance management.
You will have a membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent qualification and you will have an understanding of sub-contract and supplier terms and conditions. You will have experience in procurement, supply chain or commercial role and you will have relevant experience and knowledge of both subcontract and materials procurement practices and processes

Our work focuses on delivering non-nuclear infrastructure activities in a nuclear environment both for civil and military customers.
Infrastructure Strategic Alliance (ISA)
The ISA is an integrated team which consists of three delivery partners; Sellafield Limited, Morgan Sindall and Arup. Working in joint venture with Arup, Morgan Sindall is responsible for a £1.1 billion long term contract to provide essential infrastructure assets to the Sellafield Ltd site.
