OVERBURY is looking for a Business Development Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are a construction management company — we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m.

The role

Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding Overbury’s commercial fit out offering.

Driving sales through understanding of the target customer’s business, drivers, and organisation, and an understanding of the value that Overbury brings to them.

Partner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximising the business potential for both parties.

Develop new customer relationships; meeting at all levels, including senior levels, of target organisations.

Identify new opportunities and manage customer contacts.

Build strong relationships with internal team to capture intelligence from client teams.

Maintain a register of leads and opportunities using a CRM system.

Represent Overbury at industry events and conferences.

Take an active role in the organisation of Overbury events.
