We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Management Trainee to join our Midlands region, based at the Quinton office.
Long established in affordable housing, Lovell’s construction business has evolved in recent years to provide a truly national construction solution. Lovell is the nation’s complete housing specialist and we’re dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.
You will gain a wide range of experience across the business and the construction industry before specialising in a chosen career. The programme lasts two years and participants have a series of placements in departments such as operations, commercial, estimating and technical.
A qualification in Construction is completed as part of the programme. It can lead directly to a number of fulfilling careers, or can be used as a step towards a range of further academic development options that lead to a career in the construction professions.
Entry Requirements:
MINIMUM: You must be at least 18 years of age and hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade A* to C/9-4. If you are over 21 years of age and have appropriate work experience, previous academic qualifications are not required.
FAVOURED: GCSE Maths, English and Science at Grade A* to C/9-4, and three A Levels Grade A* to C. Holding the Construction and Built Environment Diploma at Higher or Advanced Level Grade A* to C would be an advantage.
