Lovell in London and the Home Counties are looking to recruit Project Managers for existing and new contracts.
This is an ideal opportunity to join a construction company in the midst of substantial growth.
The Project Manager is required to deliver a residential project consisting of both houses and apartments. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate and prove their experience of being the number one project lead through the life cycle of the contract from pre-construction right through to handover in projects of at least £10m.
The Project Manager must be able to lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver a high level of quality in a safe environment within the programme constraints and to the budget set. You must be computer literate with good man management skills and be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
Ideally the candidate would be educated to construction management degree standard, but we would also welcome applications from candidates at HNC in Construction Management or equivalent level.
