We are looking for a hardworking and committed Administrator to join our Training team to be based in our Norwich office. This can be a part time or fulltime position with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
The role includes working closely with the Training Advisor to provide full administrative support in addition to assisting with:
- Ensuring CITB grant claim is maximised for the region
- Efficient support to the training department
- Regular updating of the Training Database - Empower
- Assisting with co-ordination of training events
- Attending Career and community events when required
The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Training Advisor.
Applicants will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, with a good standard of education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
