We are looking for a hardworking and committed Business Admin Apprentice to join our Administration team in our Leeds Regional Office.
The role includes working within a small team, assisting all departments with a variety of administration duties.
This will include the following:
- Taking telephone calls and messages.
- Responsible for franking of outgoing post with correct postage.
- Opening and recording incoming post.
- Reception duties as required.
- Prepare lunch, tea & coffee as required.
- Maintaining/Booking all meeting rooms
- Deal with invoice queries in a timely manner
- Input all materials purchased into Accounts system
- Produce monthly/quarterly wastage report.
- Compile Roadmap stats for gas/Elec/meter readings.
- Order stationary for Regional Office/Sites
The successful applicant will ideally have proven ability in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communications, along with an excellent telephone manner, administration and organisational skills are essential.
