We are looking for a hardworking and committed Business Admin Apprentice to join our Administration team in our Leeds Regional Office. 

The role includes working within a small team, assisting all departments with a variety of administration duties.

This will include the following:

    • Taking telephone calls and messages.
    • Responsible for franking of outgoing post with correct postage.
    • Opening and recording incoming post.
    • Reception duties as required.
    • Prepare lunch, tea & coffee as required.
    • Maintaining/Booking all meeting rooms
    • Deal with invoice queries in a timely manner
    • Input all materials purchased into Accounts system
    • Produce monthly/quarterly wastage report.      
    • Compile Roadmap stats for gas/Elec/meter readings.
    • Order stationary for Regional Office/Sites

 The successful applicant will ideally have proven ability in a similar role.

 Excellent verbal and written communications, along with an excellent telephone manner,  administration and organisational skills are essential.
